NUOVO MERCATO OF THE ITALIAN STOCK EXCHANGE PRIMA INDUSTRIE: OUTSTANDING CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL INFORMATION FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED JUNE 30, 2000 - The Company Board of Directors reports on the Consolidated Accounts of the Group for the six months ended June 30, 2000: revenues from sales and services 75.6 billion lire (50% growth on June 30, 1999), EBIT 6.9 billion lire (+103%) and profit before taxes 7.7 billion lire (+170%) - At level of the only group leader (i.e. Prima Industrie S.p.A.): revenues from sales and services 57.9 billion lire (+38%), EBIT 5.3 billion lire (+123%) and profit before taxes 6.1 billion lire (+368%).
