TRAINING

The training of the Customer’s technicians is one of the first and most important steps for the effective introduction of a hi-tech machine in an industrial environment. With this concept in mind, PRIMA INDUSTRIE has always devoted relevant resources to Customer Training.


CUSTOMER TRAINING STAFF
High technical competence, good power of communication, also in foreign languages, and a real passion for the delicate task of transferring one’s knowledge and skills are the main qualities considered for the selection of our instructors. The Customer Training Staff strictly co-operates with R&D Departments to be always updated on the newest technical solutions and to share with them experiences collected in the field.

THE TRAINING COURSES
The courses are held in classes and directly on the machines. The instructors will lead and support the Customer technicians through the different steps of the training period: from basic concepts to the use, programming and maintenance of the machine and to the exploiting of all its potentials for their specific application. Thanks to well-experienced training methods all this is achieved in a short time: two weeks.
The company is always ready to adapt its training programs to each Customer’s specific needs, which are unique because depending from their peculiar production.

Courses can be held either at Customer’s or at
PRIMA INDUSTRIE facilities. The latter solution gives the Customer the opportunity of having its technicians trained while the machine is installed in its workshop: the production start-up is virtually immediate.

Customers who want to deepen the preparation of their technicians on some aspects such as advanced maintenance or troubleshooting can benefit of a special formula called "Supertraining": a 3 or 4 week course (depending on the system complexity) usually held at
PRIMA INDUSTRIE facilities on the Customer’s machine.
