2000-2006: UNDISPUTED LEADERSHIP

  • Acquisition of the North American Company Convergent Energy: CONVERGENT PRIMA, Inc. is incorporated (presently PRIMA North America)
  • Acquisition of the Laserdyne division from GSI Lumonics: LASERDYNE PRIMA, Inc. is incorporated (presently PRIMA North America)
  • Joint venture signing in Japan: SNK PRIMA, Ltd. is established
  • Second joint venture signing in China: SHANGHAI UNITY PRIMA is incorporated.
  • Launch of SYNCRONO and RAPIDO EVOLUZIONE, the most innovative machines in their respective categories: international acknowledgements confirm this leadership
