With PRIMA INDUSTRIE Call Centre our Customers can have fast and competent assistance over the phone. Dialling our number the Customer will be transferred to an operator ready to answer his questions. SPARE PARTS SERVICES
Delivery of consumables and spare parts for regular maintenance is accurate and fast. Today our Customers can also take advantage of the new PRIMA INDUSTRIE e-commerce area. E-commerce interface is extremely clear and intuitive and allows to order online in an easy and time saving way. The order immediately reaches our Spare Parts Department and the requested articles are dispatched to the Customer.

MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS
Maintenance contracts are a simple and practical solution to periodical servicing. Our expert technicians will regularly visit the Customer and perform all necessary inspections and preventive maintenance operations according to a fixed program. Machine reliability is further enhanced; maintenance costs and time are drastically reduced.
